This privacy policy provides information on how and what personal data we collect and process about you in the app Akan-English Dictionary. Furthermore, it describes your rights as a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”). All references to “we”and “us” refer to the company Polytext AS.

2. Recipients of the personal data and the use of subcontractors

We do not disclose and/or share your personal data to third parties except where it is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations or where we have a legal ground to do so. We use sub-contractors to process data on our behalf (processors). We have secured that the processing is in accordance with the requirements of GDPR by entering into data processing agreements with the data processor. We do not conduct automated decision-making, including profiling, whichproduces legal effects or similarly significantly effects for you based on your personal data.
